Project Summery

TRYO is a globally deployed augmented reality mobile application built for iOS that redefines the online accessories shopping experience using AI and real-time AR technology. The core challenge was developing a single, scalable mobile platform capable of virtually rendering multiple accessory categories eyewear, headwear, watches, and footwear across thousands of different products from various global brands, accurately and in real-time through a standard smartphone camera.

The technical solution required building a robust AR engine with multi-point body tracking, high-fidelity 3D model rendering pipeline, and an AI-powered size calibration system that automatically adjusts product dimensions proportionally to each unique user  ensuring every virtual try-on looks natural, accurate, and photorealistic regardless of body type, skin tone, or lighting conditions.

The TRYO app was successfully launched on the Apple App Store and received global adoption, proving that AI and augmented reality can fundamentally transform how consumers interact with fashion and accessories brands online. This technology
is directly applicable for UK fashion retailers, luxury accessory brands, and e commerce businesses looking to reduce return rates, increase conversion, and deliver next-generation shopping experiences powered by AI.
